Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform basic assessment of surface quality (Clay or digital).
  • Designing, producing and managing interactive online content including email templates, social media and promotional artwork and informative e-books.
  • Preparing briefs for each project and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders.
  • Transforming wireframes into intuitive user interfaces.
  • Working with the other department to oversee the smooth implementation of new content.
  • Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects and promotional events.
  • Strong ability to translate sketches into finessed model with minimal design direction.
  • Intuitive to new technology and applying them to improve existing techniques.
  • Aid in Design and Engineering problem solving.
  • Create new and improve existing digital models using other software programs.
  • Produce finished data suitable for renderings, animations and rapid prototyping part creation.
  • Comfortable with rapid modelling and iteration. Ability to use polygon/ sub-d modelling to achieve the same.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ Automobile Engineering.
  • Relevant work experience in Automotive Industry is an added advantage.

Role Overview

We seek a dynamic Marketing Manager with expertise in both traditional and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a data-driven mindset, capable of orchestrating integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, from ATL/BTL initiatives to digital platforms and content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  •  Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business and brand objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.

Traditional Marketing

  • Plan and execute ATL/BTL activities, including print media, events, exhibitions, and OOH advertising.
  • Establish partnerships with media houses, PR agencies, and offline platforms.
  • Support dealership and regional marketing initiatives across multiple geographies.

Digital Marketing

  • Strategically oversee digital campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams or agencies on SEO, SEM, email marketing, influencer outreach, and social media content.
  • Continuously monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize digital ROI.

Branding & Content

  • Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Partner with designers and content teams to create engaging storytelling and visuals.
  • Drive product launches, test rides, and event activations through impactful marketing strategies.

Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking, customer segmentation, and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Leverage consumer insights to refine campaign strategies and positioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with a strong track record in both traditional and digital domains.
  • Expertise in:
    • ATL/BTL marketing
    • Social media platforms and digital advertising tools
    • Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to blend creative vision with analytical decision-making.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in the automotive or EV industry.
  • Understanding of regional market dynamics and localized campaign execution.
  • Experience collaborating with external marketing agencies and media partners.
