Design Creation: Conceptualize and produce high-quality graphics for social media posts, marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners), and other digital and print collateral.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing team members, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Feedback Implementation: Revise designs based on feedback from clients and team members to enhance visual appeal and effectiveness.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Adobe Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design software.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in graphic design, particularly in social media graphics and marketing materials.
Design Principles: Solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, colour theory, and branding.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with team members.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality outputs that meet project specifications.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Any Bachelor’s degree. A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Preferred:
Experience working in a marketing agency or startup environment.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver in tight deadlines
Familiarity with web design principles and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Ability to create original illustrations or custom graphics as needed.
