Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Strategy: Identify industry trends, customer needs, and new market opportunities.

  • Business Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to grow Gravton’s dealer and distributor network, while establishing partnerships with fleet operators and corporate clients.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Lead sales initiatives, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals to meet business targets.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and R&D teams to align business goals with product offerings.

  • End-to-End Project Management: Manage the full business development cycle, from lead generation to contract closure and execution.

  • Reporting & KPIs: Track, measure, and report business development metrics, forecasts, and progress to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in the automotive, EV, or two-wheeler industry.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (MBA preferred).

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical and business solutions effectively.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to craft actionable strategies.

  • Negotiation: Proven track record in negotiating and closing business deals.

  • Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple departments.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in EV or two-wheeler business development.

  • Knowledge of automotive industry regulations, certifications, and compliance standards.

  • Established professional network within the automobile/EV ecosystem.
