Conduct line balancing, troubleshooting, and resource allocation for smooth operations.
Review production data, labor, and material costs to forecast future needs.
Drive 5S, safety compliance, and continuous improvement activities at the shopfloor.
Collaborate with Quality to analyze rejections and implement corrective actions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and coordinate with departments for action plans.
Manage new projects related to layout, infrastructure setup, and process planning.
Evaluate and integrate new model designs into existing manufacturing processes.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes — casting, molding, painting, and assembly.
Hands-on experience in assembly process troubleshooting, CTQ identification, and line balancing.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Conversant with in-process inspections and quality audits.
Skilled in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of equipment capability studies and production planning techniques.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in a plant environment.
Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering with 4+ years of experience.
Proven experience in large-scale manufacturing or automotive assembly operations.
