Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers through sales channels such as showroom visits, test rides, corporate tie-ups, events, and digital leads.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and test rides, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Gravton EVs.

  • Explain pricing, financing, and applicable government subsidies in a clear and customer-friendly manner.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a seamless buying experience.

  • Follow up with leads, handle customer inquiries, and assist in closing sales.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.

  • Gather customer feedback and analyze insights to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.

  • Stay informed about EV industry trends, competitor offerings, and changing market demands.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Automobile, or a related field.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to simplify and explain technical aspects of EVs to customers.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales and travel.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and digital lead management.

  • Passion for electric mobility and sustainability (preferred).

  • Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month.
