Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential customers through sales channels such as showroom visits, test rides, corporate tie-ups, events, and digital leads.
Conduct product demonstrations and test rides, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Gravton EVs.
Explain pricing, financing, and applicable government subsidies in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a seamless buying experience.
Follow up with leads, handle customer inquiries, and assist in closing sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
Gather customer feedback and analyze insights to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Stay informed about EV industry trends, competitor offerings, and changing market demands.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Automobile, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to simplify and explain technical aspects of EVs to customers.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales and travel.
Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and digital lead management.
Passion for electric mobility and sustainability (preferred).
Benefits & Internship Details:
Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month.
