GRAVTON MOTORS — PROMOTIONAL OFFERS & BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IMPORTANT OFFER CONDITIONS
Offer Validity: This promotional offer is valid only for bookings confirmed on or before 20 July 2026.
The offer is intended solely to reserve the customer’s place in the order queue for the selected two-wheeler model. The booking does not constitute a confirmed sale, vehicle allocation, or delivery commitment.
Vehicle Delivery: The booking amount shall be adjusted against the final invoice value of the vehicle at the time of purchase, subject to these Terms & Conditions. Customers may complete the remaining payment and take delivery of their booked vehicle anytime on or before 31 August 2026.
Booking Cancellation: Booking cancellation requests will be accepted only until 31 August 2026, subject to Gravton Motors’ refund policy.
Refund Policy: By subscribing to the offer, you agree that the vehicle allotment is valid up to 31 August 2026. If full payment or finance documentation is not completed by that date, the allotment will automatically expire, the vehicle will be released to the next customer, and your booking amount will be refunded after deducting a ₹200 processing and handling fee to the original payment source by 15 September 2026.
Customer Information: The customer shall provide complete and accurate information during the booking process. The Company shall not be responsible for delays or cancellation arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the customer.
1. General
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in any promotional offer, limited-period discount, booking scheme, contest, lucky draw, or incentive programme (“Offer”) announced or conducted by Gravton Motors Private Limited (“Gravton”, “Company”, “we”, “us”). By participating in any Offer, expressing interest, submitting a booking, or making a payment toward any Gravton product or scheme, you (“Participant”, “Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Gravton reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or withdraw any Offer at any time without prior notice. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon announcement through official Gravton channels.
2. Eligibility
Participation in any Offer is open to Indian residents who are 18 years of age or above. Gravton employees, authorised dealer employees, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any contest or lucky draw component of an Offer unless explicitly stated otherwise. Gravton reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant at any stage and to disqualify any participant found to be ineligible.
3. Offer Validity & Price
All Offers are valid only for the period and geography specified at the time of announcement. Offers are subject to stock availability and may be withdrawn or modified at Gravton’s sole discretion.
Prices mentioned in any Offer are indicative and may vary based on state, applicable taxes, registration charges, insurance, and any other statutory levies in effect at the time of purchase. The on-road price is subject to change based on government policies, GST revisions, or other regulatory requirements and Gravton shall not be liable for any such variation.
The final ex-showroom price, applicable taxes, registration charges, insurance premiums, accessories, logistics charges, and any other statutory levies shall be those prevailing on the date of invoicing or delivery, unless otherwise notified by the Company.
4. Bookings
A booking or token payment made toward any Gravton product or scheme constitutes an expression of intent to purchase and does not guarantee delivery or availability of any specific variant, colour, or configuration.
Booking amounts are non-transferable. Cancellation and refund of booking amounts shall be governed by Gravton’s prevailing refund policy communicated at the time of booking.
Gravton reserves the right to cancel a booking if any information provided by the customer is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
5. Lucky Draw, Contests & Incentive Programmes
Where any Offer includes a lucky draw, contest, or prize-based incentive, the following shall apply:
No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry through interest registration is free and open to all eligible participants.
Winners will be selected through a fair and transparent computerised random draw from among all valid entries received during the specified participation window.
Gravton’s decision on the selection of winners shall be final and binding. No correspondence or dispute regarding the draw outcome will be entertained.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product unless explicitly stated.
Prize values exceeding Rs.10,000 are subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) at 30% of the fair market value under Section 194B of the Income Tax Act, 1961 plus applicable Surcharge and Cess. The winner shall comply with all applicable tax requirements before the prize is released.
Gravton reserves the right to use the name, photograph, and testimonial of any winner for promotional purposes without additional compensation, subject to the winner’s prior consent.
6. Referral Programme
Where any Offer includes a referral or affiliate programme, commission payments are subject to successful completion of the referred transaction as defined by Gravton’s internal verification process. Gravton reserves the right to withhold or reverse any commission payment where fraudulent activity, duplicate entries, or misrepresentation is detected. Referral commissions are taxable in the hands of the recipient as per applicable Indian income tax laws.
7. Delivery & Fulfillment
Estimated delivery timelines communicated at the time of booking are indicative and subject to production schedules, logistics constraints, supply chain disruptions, regulatory approvals, transportation issues, and force majeure events.
Gravton shall not be liable for any delay in delivery arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any complimentary accessories, subscriptions, or value-added benefits included as part of an Offer are subject to availability and may be substituted with alternatives of equivalent or greater value at Gravton’s discretion.
Any delivery timeline communicated by the Company is indicative only and shall not be construed as a contractual commitment.
8. Product Changes
The Company reserves the right to modify the vehicle’s specifications, features, colours, accessories, software, battery specifications, design, or technical parameters without prior notice in the interest of product improvement, regulatory compliance, or manufacturing requirements.
9. Colour and Variant Availability
The customer’s preferred colour or variant shall be subject to availability at the time of vehicle allocation. In the event of non-availability, the Company may offer an alternative option.
10. Electric Vehicle Disclaimer (Applicable for Electric Two-Wheelers)
The certified riding range, charging time, battery performance, and related specifications are based on prescribed testing conditions. Actual performance may vary depending on riding habits, terrain, weather conditions, payload, battery health, maintenance practices, and other operating conditions.
11. Limitation of Liability
Gravton’s liability under any Offer shall be limited to the value of the booking amount paid by the customer. Gravton shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses or damages arising from participation in any Offer. Nothing in these Terms limits Gravton’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected during participation in any Offer will be used in accordance with Gravton’s Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to Gravton contacting you via phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp for purposes related to the Offer and for future marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting connect@gravtonmotors.com.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with any Offer shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
14. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any revised Terms & Conditions shall become effective upon publication on the Company’s official website or through any other mode of communication considered appropriate by the Company.
