Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads through multiple channels such as showroom walk-ins, digital inquiries, test rides, events, and corporate tie-ups.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and test rides, explaining Gravton’s unique features, benefits, and value propositions.
Present pricing, financing, and subsidy options to customers, guiding them throughout the purchase process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both individual and corporate customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotional events, and on-ground field activities.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to refine sales strategies.
Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and timely delivery of vehicles.
Maintain accurate sales records, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Stay updated with EV industry developments, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Automobile, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile or EV industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical aspects of EVs in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with field sales and frequent travel.
Preferred:
Prior sales experience in the electric vehicle (two-wheeler) sector.
Exposure to customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Experience in organizing or participating in product demos and promotional campaigns.
