Requirements:
- 2–5 years of CRM management experience.
- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
- Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Experience in MIS report generation and customer analytics.
- Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Certification in CRM tools is a plus.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
