A: Quanta S offers three riding modes: Eco (40 km/hr), Power (55 km/hr), and Sport (75 km/hr).
Q: What is the battery capacity?
A: The vehicle comes with a 2.78 kWh LMFP battery.
Q: What motor does Quanta use?
A: It uses a 3 kW BLDC hub motor delivering 172 Nm torque at the wheel.
Q: What is the charging time?
A: Charging time is approximately 5.4 hours from 0% to 100% and 3 hours from 20% to 30%.
Charging & Battery
Q: Can I use any charger?
A: No. Only the manufacturer-recommended portable charger should be used.
Q: How often should I charge the battery?
A: Charge to at least 85% every 14 days and avoid draining below 20–30%.
Q: What precautions should I take while charging?
A: Keep the connector dry, avoid heat exposure, ensure secure connection, and switch OFF MCB if parked for more than 2 days.
Q: Is the battery waterproof?
A: Avoid water exposure above the vehicle base plate level.

Q: What does the Vehicle Running Green Indicator mean?
A: It confirms the vehicle is powered ON and ready to ride.
Q: What does the Low Battery Indicator mean?
A: Battery level is low and needs immediate charging.
Q: What does the Side Stand Indicator mean?
A: The side stand is deployed. Retract it before riding.
Q: What does the Service Indicator mean?
A: The vehicle is due for maintenance. Visit an authorized service center.
Q: What does the Motor Over Temperature icon indicate?
A: The motor is overheating. Reduce speed and allow it to cool down.
Smart Features
Q: What is GOTAC?
A: GOTAC (Gravton Over The Air Communication) enables vehicle tracking, notifications, personalization, and performance monitoring.
Q: How do I use the Gravton Smart App?
A: Login using your mobile number and OTP, add your vehicle using VIN, and complete dealer verification.
Safety & Usage
Q: What is the maximum load capacity?
A: Maximum recommended load is 150 kg.
Q: What tire pressure should be maintained?
A: Front: 34 psi | Rear: 40 psi.
Q: Is the storage waterproof?
A: No. Glove box and under-seat storage are not water-resistant.
Warranty & Maintenance
Q: What is the warranty coverage?
A: Motor, Controller, and Battery are covered for 3 years or 30,000 km (whichever comes first).
Q: What is not covered under warranty?
A: Normal wear & tear, unauthorized modifications, water damage, misuse, racing usage, and natural calamities.
Q: Is warranty transferable?
A: No, the warranty is non-transferable.
Q: How often should I service the vehicle?
A: Service intervals are recommended at 1000 km, 2500 km, 7500 km, 12500 km, and 17500 km.
Q: What happens if I service outside authorized centers?
A: Warranty becomes void if serviced outside authorized Gravton service centers.
Gravton Doorstep Service – FAQs
1. What is Gravton Doorstep Service?
Gravton Doorstep Service allows Quanta owners to get vehicle inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs done at their home or workplace without visiting a service center.
2. Is doorstep service available for all Gravton vehicles?
Doorstep service is currently available for Gravton Quanta S owners, depending on service availability in the customer’s location.
3. What services are covered under Doorstep Service?
General vehicle inspection, brake inspection and adjustments, electrical system checks (horn, indicators, lights), charging system inspection, battery health check, and minor troubleshooting or diagnostics.
4. Are all repairs possible through Doorstep Service?
Doorstep service supports basic maintenance and minor repairs. For major repairs or component replacement, the vehicle may need to be taken to an authorized Gravton service center.
5. Is there any charge for Doorstep Service?
Doorstep service may be free within a specified distance from the dealership during eligible service periods. Additional charges may apply for locations beyond the coverage area.
6. How do I book a Doorstep Service?
You can book a service through Gravton Customer Support, an authorized Gravton dealer, or the Gravton Customer Smart App if your vehicle is linked to the app.
7. How much time does a doorstep service visit take?
A standard inspection or basic maintenance service usually takes around 30–60 minutes depending on the type of service required.
8. What should I keep ready before the technician arrives?
Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat surface, keep the vehicle key and charger ready if required, ensure sufficient battery charge for diagnostics, and make sure the MCB switch is turned ON.
9. What if my vehicle shows a fault code or warning indicator?
If the dashboard shows a fault icon or system alert, avoid changing settings and contact Gravton service support for assistance.
10. Will doorstep service affect my warranty?
No. If the service is performed by authorized Gravton technicians, your warranty remains valid. Repairs done outside authorized service centers may void the warranty.
11. When should I schedule my service?
Recommended periodic maintenance intervals include 1000 km / 1.5 months, 2500 km / 3.5 months, and 7500 km and beyond.
