Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand product/machine design and manufacturing requirements.

• Design the aesthetics and functionality of components and the complete product.

• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback/modifications as required.

• Engineer full product solutions by integrating custom-developed designs with off-the-shelf components.

• Test product designs using CAD models, simulations, and physical prototypes.

• Investigate suitable materials and production processes for manufacturing.

• Revise and modify CAD files throughout the development process.

• Identify new systems and processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost savings.

• Perform complex engineering calculations for product validation.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and suppliers.

• Plan and manage timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the required quality.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in SolidWorks, Adobe Illustrator, and KeyShot.

• Proven expertise in DFM (plastics, sheet metals, casting).

• Strong skills in CAD/CAM, 3D modeling, surface modeling, SolidWorks tools, and Alias software.
